Terapia manuale
La terapia manuale, nota anche come terapia fisica manipolativa, è un approccio della fisioterapia che utilizza tecniche manuali per diagnosticare e trattare disfunzioni muscolo-scheletriche. La metodica Maitland, sviluppata da Geoffrey Maitland, si concentra su una valutazione accurata e sull'applicazione di movimenti articolari mirati per migliorare la funzione e ridurre il dolore.
